McKenzie describes DFTA staffing oversight and new chief quality officer
Zhuang asks how the city ensures staff meet older adults' needs and DFTA's role in staffing. McKenzie says DFTA has staff on site daily, weekly supervisory staff, and the commissioner visits centers. She recently onboarded DFTA's first chief quality officer to analyze data and focus on outcomes.
How can city ensure the staff meet the needs of these older adults?
What role does DIFTA play in staffing?
And again, it goes back to the monitoring, as I've mentioned.
We have staff on site daily.
We have weekly supervisory staff that are out at the centers.
Obviously, I'm visiting the centers as well.
And we're closely monitoring the metrics.
One additional provision that we provided very recently, I've onboarded the very first chief quality officer for DFTA so that we could take a deeper dive into the data that's available.
Obviously, we have an extensive amount of data, but we want to be sure that we're focusing on the outcomes and how we're really affecting the lives of older adults.
Okay.
So you guys already doing...
