Banks asks if NYCHA has sent a proposed agreement to DFTA and if there is a plan to do so. Trimble says it is an ongoing conversation, but in the meantime they are doing what they would do under an agreement. Staff meet biweekly and leadership meets quarterly.

It's an ongoing conversation, but as Commissioner mentioned, in the meantime, we are doing all of the things.
