Okay, and can someone walk me through the process that a doula has to follow to enter the DOC facility?

Is it like a person from the public, or are they a staff member?

For all of our contracted providers and volunteers, there's a volunteer ID process.

The doulas submit a volunteer ID application.

Once they receive an ID, they have an ID that allows them to access the facility.

So they can go directly to the nursery or to any other housing area to meet with women where they are.
