Chair Hudson asks about site-level safety metrics and Tillery staffing
Hudson asks what site-level metrics DHS tracks. DHS says incidents, complaints, and grievances. Dalton says integrated data could show Tillery improvements. DHS does not know current Tillery staffing.
I have a few more questions about this specifically, and then I'm going to go into round two for my colleagues.
What site-level metrics does the agency track to understand shelter safety?
Thank you for the question.
At site level, we track incidents, we track complaints, we track grievances.
Thank you.
If I may add, I mean, I do think as we get this data in order, you could see with Tillery that we could provide a whole set of measures that are all going in the same direction.
And that gives at least me confidence that there's important improvements happening there.
Hopefully we can add additional measures to that, including, again, client experience and regular feedback from clients on their experience in the system.
And do you know how many staff are on site at Tillery now compared to last year?
Thank you for the question.
I don't.
Okay.
Thank you for the answer.
