Well, before before uh Deputy Commissioner Gindale jumps in, I just want to also just kind of chime in here.
Is first of all, I was um super delighted to to know that um the agency had a racial equity plan.
Um, and I'm looking forward to um kind of digging into it and adding some of my perspective and experience to be able to deepen um the work that we're doing with the identified goals and focus areas, but also look for other opportunities where we can really focus on uh decreasing the disproportionality and disparity that's experienced across our communities, particularly in the services that we employ.
And I'll just to answer your question.
I believe that both the short-term and medium-term goals are all able to be accomplished within our current budget framework, but I will verify that with the first deputy commissioner.
