In March 2026, DOF announced a 30-day review of its efforts to collect outstanding ECB judgment debt and stated that, as of October 2024,
Approximately $573 million in ECB judgment debt was identified as potentially collectible, while approximately $744 million was deemed uncollectible.
DOF also projected collecting $70.1 million in fiscal year 26 and indicated that additional collection efforts could increase collections beyond that amount.

So for 26, we ended up collecting $88 million.
