So the site is located on the east side of Kent Avenue between South 1st and South 2nd Streets.

Jeremy Cozen

It has excellent transit, and the location is very advantageous for transit.

Jeremy Cozen

It's within about a half a mile from the L train as well as the JZM and a ferry stop along the waterfront.

Jeremy Cozen

There are significant open spaces including Domino Park, William Sheridan Playground, and various other hopefully soon to be built open space resources as part of River Ring.

As I mentioned, on the left-hand side, you can see the existing M31 zoning district.

Jeremy Cozen

On the right-hand side, you can see the portions in pink and purple that will be rezoned to M13A-R7X, as well as the smaller portion along Wythe Avenue and South 2nd that will be rezoned to M12A.
