Walker-Stewart presents the MAPES Court site: existing Phipps tenants will be relocated to the Sojourner site with costs covered, same rent retained, and services provided. The site includes a vacant gas station and one-story commercial strip acquired by Phipps for redevelopment.

So this is the second phase of the project, the MAPES court site.
As Matthew mentioned, this is an existing FIPS building that has existing tenants that will be, once the Sojourner site is built, relocated.
Their relocation costs will be covered by FIPS.
They will retain...
their same rent and we will provide any services they need to facilitate that one move.
And then on the corner you'll see we also there's a vacant gas station and one-story commercial strip there.
Phipps acquired those sites in order to redevelop it and create brand new more affordable units to this corner.
