Walker-Stewart presents the Sojourner site unit mix: over 60% two and three bedrooms, affordability ranging from 30% to 80% AMI with 15% set aside for formerly homeless. She highlights the diversity of households the project would serve.
So this is the first floor plan with the amenities flanking the lobby and then the single entry in the lobby as well as the maisonettes in blue.

So this is the preliminary unit distribution and affordability mix.
Just want to highlight here that we're creating over 60% of our units as two bedrooms and three bedrooms as we recognize that family size units are very important to this community.
And then for the affordability range, we're providing our space units set aside at 15%, and then we have a range of affordability from 30% AMI to 80% AMI.
