I just wanted to just encourage the applicant to please have a conversation, obviously, with 32BJ that's here, if it's appropriate, but definitely have a conversation with April.

That conversation can happen today, and then you can schedule time to have a larger conversation.
But you heard the concerns that she's bringing forth from her community, the concerns that Councilwoman Felice has brought forward.
Everybody's here in the flesh right now, so this is the great opportunity to start that conversation.
