I want to move on to career and technical education, CTE.
NISAT's timeline calls for redefined SEALs and endorsements in the 2027-28 school year, and the advanced designation is to become a SEAL or endorsement rather than a diploma type.
My question is, what does DOE understand that would change the CTE students?
Will a CTE-endorsed diploma become a CTE seal?
So we use seal and endorsement as synonyms.
It's quite literally a sticker on the diploma, and it would remain.
CTE, alongside all the others I just named, would remain as a seal or sticker that is affixed to students'diplomas.
