Banks asks Estrada about NYCHA's two-month delay explanation
Banks asks what explanation NYCHA gave for leaving the senior apartment in disrepair for two months. Estrada says communication was minimal and the reason given was that they were backed up.
And when Nitra initially informed your mother that they wouldn't return until October
22nd, which I believe is the date, leaving the senior residence apartment in a state of complete disrepair.
For a full two months.
What explanation, if any, did they give?
So during my initial testimony, I said that they communicated very little with her.
So but one of the things that she has told me that, you know.
What happened was that they said that they were backed up, which especially since someone who has a health issue in there.
Should have probably taken priority.
It should have taken, you know, two months of waiting to get a repair.
