Banks asks how resident notices are logged in Maximo; Greene describes communication log and auto notices

Banks asks how notices to residents are logged in Maximo. Greene says Maximo has a communication log, notices are auto-printed or emailed before skilled-trade appointments, and calls to residents are logged through the linked Siebel system.

Chris Banks

Okay, and when it comes to notification protocols, Representative Maximo, how are notices to residents logged?

Daniel Greene

So Maximo does have a communication log function in it.

Daniel Greene

So notices should be given in advance of the work order.

Daniel Greene

They're auto printed and delivered to the resident, in some cases emailed and mailed to the resident, especially in advance of skilled trade appointments.

Daniel Greene

These tickets, our turnaround time is so fast that we're really coming, you know, we're really contacting the resident and letting them know that we're coming or we're, you know, we're coming when right soon after the ticket was created.

Daniel Greene

But also in Maximo, we are able to call the resident if they have an updated phone number in the Siebel system.

Daniel Greene

Maximo links to Siebel.

Daniel Greene

So we can actually call the resident and that logs into the communication log of Maximo.

Daniel Greene

So we can make sure that that's a big issue.

Daniel Greene

So missed appointments has been a big focus for us on skill trades.
