Banks asks how supervisory inspections are logged; Greene describes IN tickets and improved completion
Banks asks how supervisory inspections of work orders are logged in Maximo. Greene says they use IN inspection tickets and that completion of skilled-trade supervisory inspections has risen from the low 40s-50s to high 70s-80s percent.
So the supervisory inspections are logged through Maximo.
It's a different.
It's an inspection ticket called an IN ticket.
And so we've done a lot of work.
There's different types of inspections depending on different types of work orders.
Over the past couple of years, we worked the monitor to greatly increase the completion of skilled trade supervisory inspection work orders.
It was low 40s, 50s.
Now we're up in the high 70s, 80s percents for completing the supervisory inspections.
And that's actually completing the inspection, going into the apartment and attempting it.
On the maintenance side, we do have follow-up work orders for mold and leaks.
We do quality insurance inspection as part of the bias procedure.
And that applies to a large group of work orders.
We're actually rolling out a new inspection work order for maintenance workers for the apartment inspections.
So the superintendent will get a certain number of work orders.
The superintendent will actually get a work order assigned to them through Maximo on their handheld and they'll have to go out and check apartment inspections that were done by the maintenance worker to make sure they're being done properly.
