Procedure

Banks calls remaining in-person witnesses and moves to Zoom testimony

Banks calls additional in-person witnesses who do not respond and then moves the hearing to remote testimony. He explains that staff will unmute Zoom speakers and the Sergeant of Arms will signal when they may begin.
