Public Testimony

Hollingsworth asks about contractors, ETC, and $380,000 per unit

New York City Council · Sep 22, 2026 · starts 0:14:28 · 1 min 17 sec

Hollingsworth says ETC manages about 22 contracting companies at Stuyvesant Gardens One and residents cannot get answers about who is doing what or who is accountable. She disputes the claim that renovations cost $380,000 per unit based on apartment conditions.
