Jeremy Estrada testifies on mother's delayed kitchen cabinets and sink
Jeremy Estrada identifies himself as a housing organizer from Western Queens and says his mother lives in Brownsville. He says his mother was told in August 2026 that kitchen cabinets and a sink would not arrive until October 2026.
All right.
Hello, ladies and gentlemen.
I am very happy to be here.
My name is Jeremy Estrada.
I am a housing organizer.
I have been a housing organizer for six years.
I am from Western Queens.
My mother lives in Brownsville.
I would like to start with my mother.
You see, recently, my mother had gotten a work order done for her cabinets.
This was done on August 20th of 2026.
She was only given one phone call, which was an update, that she wouldn't be able to get her kitchen cabinets and sink until October 20th of 2026.
This, as her son and as a organizer,
really, you know, enraged me in a way because how are we going to, you know, how is my mother going to leave her dishes on the floor?
Unfortunately, a lot of Nitro developments suffer with roach issues.
And rodent issues.
