Even for, you know, the job pairs that you hold or anything, do you ask people how they found out about those particular events?
How are you advertising those events?
For the job fairs that we hold that are specific to a title, we would advertise with our, we have our list of organizations that we work with.
So we'll send them the information.
We have those positions, we have the flyers posted on our job board, as well as there's a decast recruitment page for it.
And then we, you know, create flyers and share it out to our communities and include it in our newsletter.
So there are a variety of ways that we engage with people.
I'd have to go back and check to see what's been the responses in terms of like how people find out about those specific events.
