Gale A. Brewer

I want to thank the following council staff for their work on this hearing, from Government Ops, Johari Frazier, Erica Cohen, and Sigmo Hamid, and from my staff, Shula Puder and Cynthia Hornig,

Gale A. Brewer

and everyone who helps make this hearing run smoothly.

Gale A. Brewer

I think we've also been joined by Minority Leader Carr, Councilmember Wong, and on Zoom, Councilmember Areola.

Gale A. Brewer

And I don't know if Councilmember Carr, if you want to, or Wong, if you want to make some opening statements.

Gale A. Brewer

Go ahead, Mr.
