Chair Encarnación thanks MOIA for its work and says EO 13 was helpful but only the beginning. She says the committee will follow up on implementation of findings and recommendations.

Well, I appreciate truly all of the work that you do on a day-to-day basis through the IRC.

Obviously, the EO13 was extremely helpful.

But again, as I mentioned in my opening statement, it is really just the beginning.
