Gutierrez asks if reps know Office to End Gender-Based Violence
Gutierrez asks whether all 311 representatives are aware of the Office to End Gender-Based Violence and can direct calls. Morrisroe says reps rely on the content system and he believes the information is there but will confirm.
Okay.
And so is it fair to say that all the 200 and some odd service representatives at this point are aware?
The Office to End Gender-Based Violence is, if someone calls in asking for Office of Community Safety or whatever, that they'll understand, they know what that is, and they know how to direct it?
I can address that in terms of how our process works.
So, yes, as long as the information's in our system, the rep rep
Representatives are trained on how to use the tool, how to use the system, and count on and rely on what we call the content, the content in that system.
So they would be able to search.
As long as it's in our system, they would have information in a standard structured way, and they can give that to the public.
But it's in the system, to your knowledge.
To my knowledge, I believe it is.
I would have to be double checking.
You can just confirm.
That'll just be helpful for us to confirm.
