Shulman asks about construction mitigation and ombudsman
Shulman asks about noise, dust, and construction mitigation; Loeb says a full construction plan was negotiated with DOT and DEP, fencing agreements are recorded, and a point person will be provided.
And what would you do in terms of the...
In terms of the construction mitigation plan for the project, noise, dust, all of that.
Yeah, so we, there's a, it's all fully documented.
And I have to say, actually, because we were early, we went through the full EAS process.
So there's a complete construction plan that's been worked out and negotiated with DOT and DEP.
And we have made some agreements around fencing that have been actually recorded against the property and other staging to minimize impact on the neighbors.
So that's already been agreed to and recorded.
We also said, you know, we've reached out to all of our neighbors around the block and, you know, we'll continue to have a point person who will be that.
I was going to say like an ombudsman of some kind.
Oh, yes.
Because when we built on the other side of Queens Boulevard, we had some construction issues.
And so we want to make sure that there's somebody that can be contacted.
Yeah, and whether it's with the owner or the contractor who we haven't picked yet, yes, that will be 100% part of the plan.
Okay.
