Hanif asks about case management tracker and MOPD tracking outcomes
Hanif asks whether CCHR can share tracker data after the hearing and whether MOPD tracks whether CCHR resolves referred cases. Kamuf Ward says the annual report numbers come from an internal database being improved, and Morig says MOPD does not track every referral outcome.
And your case management system, there's a tracker you're seeing on the particular issue areas, which we would be able to have access to after this hearing?
So the numbers in our annual report are the numbers of all of the reports of discrimination that we get, including the referrals.
And that's like an internal database system, which is something that we are striving to improve by procuring a new case management system because some of the fields
make it hard to report out on the specifics of referrals and details of cases.
But that is the kind of basis of our annual report numbers, which is everything that comes to us as a matter.
And then everything that MOPD referred out, are you all then tracking whether CCHR accepts and resolves these cases?
So as you know, we're a small office and we get, you know, hundreds of calls a month.
So we don't track every individual call after we refer it.
There are some where there's, you know, like project equal access cases.
We have a physical accessibility.
We have two.
Well, we're hiring a second, but we have physical accessibility specialists and they will directly contact CCHR's project equal access.
And for those cases, there is an exchange of information of, you know, and CCHR lets us know that they take it from here.
And generally speaking, unless the constituent comes back to us, we don't track eventual outcomes.
