We're actually very excited that our mediation program is expanding and adding members to the team.
Last fiscal year, we had five disability matters that were referred for mediation.
Because outcomes can still be achieved in mediation, whether that's getting a reasonable accommodation secured,
getting damages even still in those spaces, mediation is absolutely still appropriate so long as both parties are willing to meet at the table.
