Dinowitz calls Seal a five-way win
Dinowitz says the Seal of Civic Readiness has no downside for students. He calls it a win for students, families, DOE schools, CUNY campuses, and taxpayers.
I said at that hearing, it's not often in education that we find a program with no downside, no trade-off, no drawback.
And I'll say it again today.
For students, the seal of civic responsibility.
Readiness has no downside.
Recognizing and rewarding students'participation and success in civic projects and courses, both by DOE and CUNY, is a, I'm going to count them, win, win, win, win, win.
Okay, you got all five, win, win, win, win, win.
It's for students, families, DOE schools, CUNY campuses, and taxpayers of New York City.
