How many of your 37 staff work on community hiring?
Yeah, so I mentioned that we have, or my colleague mentioned the team of eight right now, but we do have other staff, like particularly around data, that help support the reporting and data collection.
And so we, there's the core staff of a team of,
eight right now, but we also have other staff that help support both from the data side, some of the external side, and some of the general operational side.
And so our office, you know, community hiring is one of the real core initiatives of our office, and so there's a lot of support, but it's a core team that supports it as well.
