Banks asks about two-year leak at LaGuardia OAC
Banks asks if McKenzie is aware of a leak issue at LaGuardia that has been ongoing for two years. McKenzie says they need to check outstanding tickets and notes she recently visited Dyckman and saw no leak there. She says they will look at LaGuardia and get back to him.
So are you aware of the leak issue that has been taking place for two years at LaGuardia?
We have to go back and take a look at what tickets are still outstanding, but I can tell you I have personally been to Dykeman recently, and there was no evidence of a leak there while I was there.
So, again, we need to take a look at some of the issues, and perhaps you're hearing of something that happened in the past that might have been resolved, so we need to confirm that for you.
So you're saying that the leaking issue at LaGuardia has been taken care of?
I didn't mention LaGuardia at all.
I said Dykeman.
That was my question.
Well, my answer was that I've been to Dykeman and that we would take a look at LaGuardia and get back to you on it.
Okay.
Well, we know that based off of reports that there's been an ongoing leak issue for the last two years, and hopefully we can get some resolution for that.
Absolutely.
It would be our pleasure to resolve something, especially if it's been going on for two years.
I think everyone is aware of how passionate I am about our...
older adults having safe, functional spaces that are also welcoming to them.
So if there's a leak going on for two years, definitely that's something we want to look at immediately.
Okay, thank you.
Thank you for that.
