Q&A

Banks asks if RAD/PACT deals for community centers are standardized

New York City Council · Oct 27, 2026 · starts 2:13:48 · 28 sec

Banks asks if the deals or agreements for community centers in each RAD/PACT program are shaped the same. Trimble says no, they are very deal-specific. Banks then asks how many of the 28 PACT developments have been rehabbed.

Chris Banks

And each deal, I mean, are they modeled after the same between the community center from each RADPAC program?

Chris Banks

Are the deals normally shaped the same or the agreements?

Eva Trimble

No, they are very deal specific.

Chris Banks

Okay, do I?

Chris Banks

Okay.
