Zhuang asks about metrics to assess OAC impact on older adults
Zhuang asks what metrics or evaluation processes assess the impact of OACs on older adults in NYCHA housing. McKenzie says NYC Aging uses several metrics reported in the Mayor's Management Report and other reports. She mentions surveys on food and programs and recent food town halls.
