Epstein asks about SHOW program enrollment

Yeah, no, I really do appreciate it, but it would be great if you could follow up with that data.

I would love to figure out how you do enrollment through the show program, like how much of enrollment in New York Cares happens through show and how you would partner with them to ensure that enrollment happens.

Yep.

So by way of background, my team and I also started the show program in the spring of 2021.

Yeah, I know we talked about it back at Bellevue back in the day when it started.

I remember, yes.

We're still here.

And actually this year we're expanding the show program by 50% in terms of the units we have out every day.

So as we discussed, financial counseling and the health insurance screening process is the crux of enrollment in 10YC care or health insurance.

Right.

And I don't know if as a part of the show vehicles, they include a financial counselor.

Certainly, telephonically, as we already talked about, they could be connecting folks.

And I know that's a part of.

all of our processes.

So I'm almost certain that they're doing that.

But the issue might be about whether they have someone in person.

Yeah, I would love to know why they're doing it.

And if they're not, why they're not doing it.

That might be helpful for us to have that information.
