Narcisse asks how H&H evaluates outreach; Jimenez on ads and influencers
Narcisse asks how H&H evaluates the effectiveness of outreach and enrollment campaigns. Jimenez describes tracking print and online advertising metrics and cost-effectiveness, working with influencers, and using the Light the Way truck.
How does H&H evaluate the effectiveness of outreach, investment, and enrollment campaigns?
Well, we look at various metrics.
Another important part of our public awareness work is our advertising and marketing.
So one, we advertise print media of many different languages.
We advertise online through Google ads and other websites.
And we track, you know, how many people are seeing this, how many people are clicking, what percent we do per dollar,
which ones are most cost effective and are constantly looking at where can we stress our dollar the best to reach the most people.
And then we also are innovative in our approaches.
We started working with influencers to reach young folks as well.
Influencer.
That's a joke, so good.
Well, folks who have a following and anyone who has a platform, we want to be on there to help people find out about NYC Care.
And encourage folks to talk to their family members if they don't already have primary care.
We also are starting and have been working with the Light the Way truck, an experiential marketing experience where
a truck wrapped in NYC Care logos, creatives, and messaging goes around the city spreading the word about the rights of health care.
I see that a lot.
I love that.
I love to hear that.
I see that a lot.
Yes, we're going to be bringing it back this fall as well.
It's been received.
Just with great joy from the community, and it's been an important way of spreading the word.
And don't forget to tag us, the 51 Council.
Okay, we will, we will.
Tag us, because a lot of people are seeing us.
Some of us are very, some of us, I think, are influencers too.
Well, one thing we've done actually with the truck is...
Oh, perfect.
Okay.
Okay.
We'll have to talk more about that.
Not me.
I'm saying some of them.
I don't have to talk to you.
