Narcisse asks which outreach strategies drive enrollment; Jimenez on CBOs
Narcisse asks which outreach strategies have been most successful in driving enrollment. Jimenez says community-based organizations have been the most important partnership, serving as trusted messengers and helping enroll over 100,000 people.
Which outreach strategies have been most successful in driving enrollment, including partnership with community-based organizations, hospital clinics, and public awareness or campaign, or like we said, MAFTA.
I mean, people-to-people MAFTA.
I mean, I think, Dr.
I think community-based organizations, I think, has been our most important partnerships.
We've done it from the very beginning, and it was such an important part of us having that trust from community members because we know not everyone is going to be
feel comfortable walking up to a facility
as much as we try to provide the best patient care and best service.
And so they've been our trusted messengers in the community, telling people about the services that we provide, helping people enroll.
And over the long term, I think they're a great reason why we're where we are now, where we've enrolled over 100,000 people, surpassed our initial goal.
We've had over a million interactions through our community-based organizations with New Yorkers as well.
Such amazing work we're continuing to do every single day.
Thank you.
