Sidahmed says agencies are eager to collaborate

Do all that because these agencies can be as challenging as you know people on the outside to be honest with you thank you so much jay i'm new so maybe i have uh um
naive optimism but i've i've seen so much excitement about from agencies about collaborating work with me and about getting their messages out to through community and ethnic media that um
so many of these agencies are really um excited to collaborate and have been willing to work with me.
So I really see my role as making that as frictionless as possible, helping the agencies understand which publications will be great conduits for their messages, depending on the different communities that they want to reach.
As the council member mentioned, you know, if you're trying to reach people in the Bronx, if you're trying to reach a specific ethnic community, which publications they can look up in the citywide marketing directory to find that can really help them meet their goals.
That's really my mission.
And I've seen a lot of willingness and excitement to do that in my first few weeks on the role.
