Chair Avilés Questions Advocacy with State Leaders and ONA

Um I know uh can you talk a little bit about some of the advocacy you've done with uh the Office of New Americans and the state leaders uh to advocate for the some of the services and the funding for legal services specifically, but anywhere you've done uh some of that advocacy.

Yeah, this is a a priority that we're that we're actively working to address.

You know, um I mentioned earlier uh most recently, Moya coordinated with ONA on our family preparedness uh phone bank, and we're going to continue to build on that partnership to really um you know identify and respond to whatever additional needs may um arise.

I think for us, the priority is to make sure that we're preventing any sort of gaps in services that that may arise and and are looking forward to continuing that partnership with ONA.
