Chair Alexa Avilés asks about the timeline for city agencies to post their ICE interaction policies online and how compliance is monitored.
Um and then I know that accord that EO 13 the six agencies had to make their policies and protocols regarding interactions with ICE available on their websites.
Do you know if that they have done so, if all of them have done so?
Now that the mayor has received the audit and adopted the recommendations for changes to the policies and protocols, agencies are beginning to implement those changes and will complete that process in the next in the coming months.
The IRC is going to continue in our in our role as leaders as leadership to work with the agencies as they undertake this process, which also includes a public engagement component.
But there's no like set timeline of when I mean promptly.
