Aldebol asks why exams take long to score
Aldebol questions the 101-day timeline; Porter explains legally mandated processes like appeals that must be managed before establishing an exam.
So why does it take so long for exams to be scored?
Because it, you know, 101 business days is quite a long time.
You know, people are looking for a job.
They're waiting.
They take an exam.
They're waiting.
It's still a long time, even though there is a decrease from 158 business days.
Yeah.
Yeah, I can definitely explain that.
So there are legally mandated processes that come along with the exam development process, mostly to ensure that, you know, our test takers have the ability to, you know, review and, you know,
what I'll say is like appeal parts of the process that they may have questions about.
And so by law, we have to set aside certain timeframes to administer those processes.
So in general, that's what takes the most time is those legally mandated aspects of the process that we must
manage before we can establish an examination.
